Our tablet production line was established in 1999, and the entire production line is designed, arranged and established according to the requirements of national pharmaceutical GMP of China. The tablet production line has passed the drug GMP certification four times, and adopts a sound quality control system, and exquisite production technology. In addition, tablets produced are beautiful in shape with stable quality, totally meeting the product quality requirements. With the annual production capacity of 300 million tablets, the production line has more than 80 sets of advanced domestic and foreign equipment and supporting facilities including fluid-bed drying granulator, wet mixed granulator, double discharge high-speed tablet machine, high-efficiency coating machine, blister packaging machine, automatic bottling counting machine, product traceability coding system and metal detector. 

Tablet production consists of mixing, granulating, tablet pressing, coating, blistering covering or counting and packaging. With the production capacity for solid tablets of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, it may produce plain tablets, film coating tablets and sugar-coating tablets of different shapes (round and other shapes) and sizes. The tablet production line may realize the packaging forms of bottling and aluminum plastic sheet blistering. It enables automated production of bottled packaging. Bottle sorting, capsule counting, on-line metal detection, weighing and scrapping, capping, aluminum foil sealing, labeling, entering the tray, cartoning, burning and wrapping can be completed automatically by automated production of bottled packaging. In this way it can reduce direct contact of persons with the materials and avoid contamination and cross contamination, thus to fully assure the product quality.
